The Elevate community will meet virtually via zoom two (2) times per month for a total of 90 minutes each session for 3 months

        By the end of Elevate, you will gain:   

• Advanced knowledge, skills and abilities for greater effectiveness as a trainer, facilitator, instructor or learning and development professional.

• A better understanding of the importance of transferring knowledge by facilitating high quality training programs.

• Knowledge on how to effectively manage learners and the classroom environment.

• We will meet as a community via zoom two (2) times per month for a full 90 minutes each session to teach new content on topics we think you need most, Q & A and discussion.

• We will meet you where you are, discuss your professional goals, potential gaps and as a community, assist you in reaching those goals.

• Foster a family and team atmosphere assisting each other

• Your weekly connection with Patrick and Team Jackman Group  — and each other is via our private Facebook Group. This is where we share, support, champion, and encourage each other.

• During the course of our monthly sessions, you may be given assignments and suggested materials to read to aid in your success.

•  As we Elevate each other, we will celebrate successes, small or large, encourage and inspire each other. We are in this together.
